Jenrick – A Genuinely Unique Recruitment Agency

Ciaran Pillay, Recruitment Consultant at leading recruitment agency Jenrick IT, kindly wrote this article on how he views Jenrick as a place to work ciaran-21compared to other recruitment agencies he has worked for in the past.

The title “Recruitment Consultant” is one that sometimes carries heavy prejudice and connotations of untrustworthy, cutthroat, money orientated, individuals, working for large, brash institutions that embody the aforementioned animal.

I have worked for a couple of said organisations in the past and, have certainly come across countless more on my own personal journey to find employment.

These encounters tainted my own impression of the recruitment world and upon returning from my travels I was adamant that I would not return to recruitment.
