In part 3 of our Contractor Advice series we have invited Marc Morris, of 1st Option Accountants, to return and give another interview, this time focusing on the tax benefits of being a limited company contractor.

Jenrick IT reports continued growth projections for Q1
The specialist IT recruitment company, Jenrick IT is very buoyant having already achieved above forecast numbers on both contract and permanent recruits for February 2010, pitching Q1 as the best quarter for over 18 months.

Jenrick CPI is reporting a large increase in the demand for IT professionals within the Testing Arena in and around the Greater London Area, in particular within Financial Services.
Matt Hancock comments:
“Although there has been an obvious slow down in the number of roles released to the market most of our clients are still looking to ship development projects planned throughout 2008. Project delivery is still of extreme importance to many of our clients and the launch of various development projects and new application releases are considered extremely important to remain competitive throughout the rest of 2009 and moving into 2010.
We’ve had multiple requirements for Testers on both the permanent and contract side and are looking for a variety of skillsets such as functional testers, non functional testers, system testers, performance testers, regression testers, penetration testers, technical testers and UAT testers.” (more…)
