I’ve just successfully completed a job placement for a Senior Software Sales Professional (Northern European Territory), for a leading West Coast headquartered vendor of analytics software for the Enterprise eCommerce strategy.

The company had been seeking a suitable Senior Sales person to fill this software job role since September 2010 without success, with the primary issue being the geographical location.

I was introduced to the Sales Director EMEA in the first week in January and within days I had identified and introduced the ultimately successful applicant.

I am able to operate as efficiently as this because I understand this market so well, having been active in the analytics for eCommerce space for a number of years.  I also take the time to get to know the unique cultural requirements of my clients as well as the personal circumstances of my applicants - meaning my mapping and matching is highly appropriate, and therefore time efficient for both parties. A young and talented triathlete – Elliott Cole, approached Jenrick asking for support to help him reach his goal of qualifying for the 2011 Triathlon World Championships. From there, he aims to compete in the Hawaii Iron Man Competition and ultimately represent Great Britain at the Olympics.

Elliott works full time but still maintains an energetic and demanding training schedule to improve his fitness levels, with early morning lake swims, 30 km bike rides, 100 lengths in the pool plus hour long runs . . .and this is just in the week!

Then at weekends, he is either participating in local triathlon events or doing (in his words) ‘long’ swims, bike rides and runs. (more…)
