7th in Sunday Times Top 100 Awards 2008
Jenrick has followed up the success of gaining the Best Companies 3 Star Status for providing one of the most engaging and pro-active working environments with the UK, by breaking into the Top 10 of the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For Awards.
After a successful debut in the awards last year, reaching a very respectable 18th spot, Jenrick exceeded all expectations by being ranked 7th in the 2008 Awards.
20 of Jenrick’s staff attended the awards dinner at Battersea Park’s Evolution to witness Jenrick compete against 867 other companies, within the SME category (50 – 250 employees).
This achievement was orientated around the 61 members of Jenrick who provided accurate feedback on exactly what working within Jenrick is like.
In particular they stated that they ‘love working for Jenrick’ (89%), that the company actively promotes Wellbeing within the workplace (achieving a Top 6 placing for this category), that staff have a good Work/Life Balance (in which Jenrick was nominated to receive a Special Award) and that working in their teams give staff a real buzz (85%).
This award represents the approach and ethos of everyone within Jenrick and shows the company’s continued commitment and drive to providing the very best working environment within the UK.

Well done to everyone within Jenrick and to all those associated with our company. To break into the Top 10 in only our second year entering the awards is exceptional.
It’s also really pleasing to see how each one of our scores increased from last year - we are all pulling in the right direction and I can’t wait to see how all our efforts come together throughout 2008.

What an achievement!! It is great to not only be a part of a recruitment company that is leading the way within the IT recruitment industry, like Jenrick CPI, but also part of a recruitment group that are constantly striving towards excellence in the workplace.
This award is great indication of how Jenrick Group are constantly looking to improve the recruitment industry from both an internal and external perspective. We should be proud of the industry we work in, because when recruitment is done properly, it’s a great success….and more importantly fantastic fun!!
